Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your order — but if something’s not right, we're here to help.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at anthemaus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- order receipt
- brief description of why you would like to return or exchange the item
We review each request carefully.
If the return reason is deemed fair (e.g. faulty item, incorrect order), we will issue a full refund for your purchase — including shipping.
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or simply don’t like it, the refund will not be approved. All refunds must fall under our policy as a damaged item or incorrect order.
For exchanges (e.g. wrong size or a different product), customers are responsible for covering shipping both ways.
Exchanges are only accepted domestically we are unable to exchange your product if you are not located in Australia.
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
